Specialized courts in fight against corruption: Brasil and Asia in comparative perspective

The research focuses on anti-corruption policies by the Brazilian federal judiciary, investigating the role of development and institutional changes and the actions of the actors in the justice system, especially specialized courts that have been set up in countries in Asia and Oceania and their parallel with the phenomenon in Brazil, whose creation corruption and money laundering began in the early 2000s, with significant political repercussions for the punishment and imprisonment of several politicians and the election of the right-wing president in October of this year.
